    <description>&lt;P&gt;Buonasera,ho uno smart TV UE55KS7500U e&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;da diverso tempo ho dei problemi con l'App di RaiPlay, in particolare quando cerco di fare il login si blocca e diventa inutilizzabile.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ho provato molte volte a reinstallare l'App ma senza successo.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Il primo, fondamentale passo è quello di accertarti che tale situazione non si presenti anche su altre App. Qualora il blocco dovesse presentarsi solo sull'App RAIPlay, sarebbe meglio contattare il loro supporto in modo da svolgere degli accertamenti.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lato TV puoi comunque verificare che la stessa sia correttamente aggiornata: l'ultima versione risulta essere la&amp;nbsp;1242.0. Puoi scaricarla da qua:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
