&lt;P&gt;Ho contattaro il&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;nostro numero verde dedicato circa 2 settimane fa il quale mi comunicava che mi sarebbe arrivata a casa una chiavetta usb con l'aggiornamneto. Ieri mi è arrivato sun SMS con il seguente link ma non so se corretta questa procedura.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;mi sembra strano io non ho cliccaco sul link&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;ho lo stesso problema sia con Prime Video sia con TIM VISION. Il problema è solo sul televisore perchè sugli altri dispositivi PC e cellulari funzina tutto regolarmente. Anche io ho un TV UE46f6320AYXZT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Il sw del mio TV è rev. 2127. Ho già provato a fare il reset di Smart hub diverse volte, anche a tenere la TV scollegata dall'alimentazione tutta la notte ma il problema persite.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Dove posso richiedere la chiavetta con il sw aggironato?&lt;/P&gt;
