Dopo 1 anno di rimpalli tra Amazon e Samsung l'ennesimo operatore Samsung mi ha fatto inviare a casa, tutto gratis, l'aggiornamento 7000 in una chiavetta USB. Grazie.&amp;nbsp; Se Problema Amazon e Memoria canali risolto. Se avete lo stesso problema con Amazon Prime chiedete all'operatore Samsung di farvi inviare l'aggiornamento.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Salve,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;dopo l'installazione dell'ultimo firmware non riesco ad accedere più a prime video nonostante abbia resettato la TV alle impostazioni di fabbrica quindi facendo daccapo tutta la procedura d'installazione.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Il problema c'è solo con prime, tutte le altre app funzionano correttamente.... qualcun'altro ha il mio stesso problema??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grazie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Oggi pomeriggio mi ero ripromesso di seguire i vostri consigli, ma nel momento che ho riprovato ad avviare l'applicazione è partita normalmente senza nessun problema.... L'unica cosa che è potuta avvenire è che durante la notte sia andata via la corrente elettrica e quindi è come se avesse fatto un reset.... Non ho altre spiegazioni....
