    <description>Ragazzi ho finalmente risolto.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Premetto che dietro suggerimento dell'assistente Samsung, sono andato su YouTube e ho cercato un video su come sbloccare le porte del modem e ho trovato questo &lt;A href="https://youtu.be/9fltUIAPVIM" target="_blank"&gt;https://youtu.be/9fltUIAPVIM&lt;/A&gt; e ho seguito la procedura indicata.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Immediatamente ha funzionato.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Grazie a tutti per le vostre risposte e suggerimenti.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Buone feste.</description>

      <description>Ci avrei scommesso !!! i DNS li devi impostare sul modem/router, non sulla TV.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Se la TV ti dice che e' connesso alla rete ma non ad internet, il problema e' solo il MODEM, non la TV.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao a tutti ho il medesimo problema da oggi&amp;nbsp;e solo con la smart TV mentre con lo smart phone o il PC / Tablet continua a funzionare tutto perfettamente...per cui escluderei il problema&amp;nbsp;sia il router. Ho provato a scollegare completamente la TV e riconfigurare la rete, spento e riavviato anche il router&amp;nbsp; ma nulla...Qualche idea?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Buongiorno,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;posseggo un tv Smart modello UE49MU6400UXZT da qualche giorno si connette e disconnette da internet (Fibra Wind Infostrada)rendendo impossibile l’utilizzo delle app (Nerflix,Prime Video, YouTube) ho letto che bisogna cambiare il codice DNS , l’ho fatto usando quello di Google ma niente, dopo poco si ripresenta il problema. In casa gli altri dispositivi ( Smart tv Lg , smartphone IPhone e huawei ) funzionano regolarmente utilizzando il Wi-Fi e le app si aprono senza interruzioni. Ieri ho fatto la prova ,sotto suggerimento di un amico ed ho collegato la &amp;nbsp;tv all’hotspot del mio cellulare ed usando la rete tim della mia prepagata ho potuto usare le app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mi potete aiutare?       <description>Quando un device si connette e si disconnette da internet rendendo impossibile la navigazione, la causa non sono i DNS i cui server sono ampiamente ridondati e non serve nemmeno inserirli sulla TV ma vanno inseriti solo nel modem/router.&lt;BR /&gt;I problemi di connessione tra TV e modem/router possono dipendere sia dalla TV che dal modem, le prove vanno sempre eseguite usando il cavo LAN e se il tutto funziona allora si eseguono le prove con il WIFI.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao a tutti, quello che non capisco è perché se gli altri dispositivi connessi alla rete ricevono internet senza problemi, i DNS li devo cambiare nel router e non nella TV visto che è l'unica ad avere dei problemi... Visto che è anche la procedura descritta in questa pagina...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Non centra nulla se gli altri device si connettono senza problemi al router, tu non sai quali chipset usano tutti i device compresi quelli della TV quindi non puoi fare paragoni. Il problema e' che nelle TV Samsung credo ci sia un problema sul DNS, non prende quello della rete domestica e quindi consigliano di scriverlo manualmente inserendo quelli mondiali 8.8.8.8 e 1.1.1.1.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buongiorno,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anch io ho problemi di accesso alla rete dal mio tv,per la precisione si tratta di samsung ue46es6100.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho letto le varie risposte in merito,praticamente anche a me al momento che ricerco la rete non mi trova niente,inizialmente pensavo ad un problema di midem e linea in quanto era un vecchio contratto teletu,adesso sono passato a Vodafone con fibra ed è sempre uguale.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho eseguito aggiornamento con ultima 2008 ma non ho risolto.vosa posso fare?impostare i parametri manualmente?qualcuno puo aiutarmi?grazie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Collega la TV con un cavo Lan e rifai le prove, se il tutto funziona, lascialo collegato con il cavo LAN.</description>

      <description>No no.&lt;BR /&gt;L'indirizzo ip della TV dovrebbe essere 192.168.x.x&lt;BR /&gt;La sottorete 255.255.255.252&lt;BR /&gt;Il gatewey 192.168.1.1&lt;BR /&gt;DNS lo stesso del gatewey&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Questi numeri che ho scritto possono variare da modem a modem, quando mi chiamano per le consulenze vado direttamente a casa dell'amico e opero direttamente su modem/router.</description>
