Se non dovesse essere aggiornato, trovi &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/it/support/model/UE55RU8000UXZT/" target="_blank"&gt;QUI&lt;/A&gt; il firmware scaricabile e installabile tramite chiavetta USB.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dopo aver eseguito l'aggiornamento, oppure nel caso in cui l'aggiornamento 1335 sia già installato, procedi con il reset dello Smart Hub:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Impostazioni&lt;/EM&gt;;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Supporto&lt;/EM&gt;;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Auto&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;EM&gt;diagnosi&lt;/EM&gt;;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Ripristina&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;EM&gt;Smart&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;EM&gt;Hub&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tienici aggiornati, ciao!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>RaiPlay, Mediaset Play</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buongiorno ho&amp;nbsp;acquistato un&amp;nbsp;TV samsung UE55RU8000&amp;nbsp; e ho un funzionamento anomalo con RaiPlay e Mediaset Play.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appena acceso quando vado sui canali Rai&amp;nbsp;mi appare quasi subito il tasto rosso e blu (di RaiPlay)&amp;nbsp; e sui canali Mediaset il logo del play e il messaggio di premere il tasto freccia SU per accedervi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dopo qualche minuto ed aver scorso un&amp;nbsp;po di canali sugli stessi canali non appaiono più i pulsanti e i messaggi e se provo a premere il tasto BLU sui canali Rai e la freccia SU su quelli MEDIASET mi appare il messaggio NON SUPPORTATO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A questo punto mi tocca spegnere la&amp;nbsp;TV staccare l'alimentazione&amp;nbsp; e ricollegarla e riprende a funzionare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come posso risolvere?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grazie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="support-anchor-navi__product-wrap"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
