POICHE IL TELEVISORE è PRATICAMENTE NUOVO (ACQUISTATO CIRCA 5 MESI FA), SI PREGA DI RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA AL PIU PRESTO PERCHè ABBIAMO UN ABBONAMENTO SKY E NON POSSIAMO USUFRUIRNE E LA COSA è ABBASTANZA RIDICOLA DOPO AVER SPESO PIU DI 500 EURO PER UNA TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GRAZIE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao Fabiodale,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;come accennato da Harryxs, non tutti i cavi ad alta velocità sono certificati HDCP: ti suggerisco, dunque, di verificare tale caratteristica sul cavo in utilizzo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Per quanto riguarda la versione software, l'ultima rilasciata per il tuo tv è la 1270.6: potrai scaricare da &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/it/support/model/UE55NU7091UXZT/" target="_blank"&gt;QUI&lt;/A&gt; l'&lt;EM&gt;Upgrade File(USB type) ver 1270.6 (MULTILINGUA): All Windows&lt;/EM&gt; e procedere all'aggiornamento con l'ausilio di una chiavetta USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;L'upgrade file è un file .exe, dunque è un eseguibile per Microsoft Windows: non dovrai copiarlo direttamente sulla chiavetta, bensì mandarlo in esecuzione in modo che il firmware venga scompattato su una cartella all'interno della chiavetta.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Prima dell'installazione sarà necessario formattare la chiavetta USB in FAT32.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Potrai quindi inserire la chiavetta nel televisore e avviare l'aggiornamento da:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Menù; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Supporto; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Aggiornamento Software.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Al termine dell'aggiornamento, ti consiglio di eseguire un reset software del Tv:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Menù;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Supporto;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Auto Diagnosi; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Reset.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Facci sapere,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ciao&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;E comunque SAMSUNG dovrebbe assolutamente provvedere a questa cosa. Perche questa serie 7 è l unica TV ad avere questi problemi..&amp;nbsp; il che è perlopiù inammissibile. Insomma parliamo non di un astronave di TV a livello di modello, ma è cmq un TV che costava più di 600 euro quando l ho acquistato io.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Utilizzo Sky Fibra e ho un TV&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;UE75KS8000 ed è assurdo.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A volte si vede, a volte appare il fatidico messaggio: La sua TV non supporta il protocollo HDCP.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ho anche settato a 1080i e non p.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A volte quando riaccendo il TV da Sky si vede lo schermo tutto nero e sono costretto a staccare l'alimentazione e rimetterla a Sky e poi si vede.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Un vero tormento.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ultimo firmware del TV 1240.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
