I am sorry for the error you are experiencing with your Galaxy Tab.

Does the problem persist with other applications? Even when using the default application Gallery?

Updating to the next version is alway fun and as an end user you are always looking forward to amazing things. One UI7 has not been that update. I have a challenge with facebook fluidity after the reccent update to Ui7.

As you are scrolling through the reels, the videos fade into each other and end up creating scrolling delays.

Same with watching a video from a browser like chrome, you are able to get the video to full screen and when you minimise it into a "on top of other apps" video, then when you try to get it back to full screen again, it gets stuck in one part of the screen and i cannot close it or opertae it.

At some point i got the error that the Ui is not optimised for the current android version.

This is sad really, Samsung needs to do more testing before releases.

Video In Below

<video-js data-video-id="6372328747112" data-account="6136710676001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(visualizza in I miei video)

Hi,

Samsung does a lot of testing before releasing new updates.

These tests concern the phone's and the tablet's software and, of course, the applications devoloped by Samsung.

As for third- party applications (such as Facebook, instagram, Whatsapp, TikTok, etc.), Samsung has no responsibility and you must contact their developers and ask them to release new updates suitable for One UI 7.0 .
