I live and work in Malta. Beautiful place. The Country has two official languages Maltese and English. Not Italian.

Why Samsung decided to put all of us to Italian context is beyond my humble understanding. Please do something about it.

To enjoy the products of this well known company we need only effortless addition of English to already existing Italian setting...

Regarding your question, I'd like to inform you that Samsung Italy also manage Malta region. Nonetheless, we are perfectly capable to assist our dear customers dealing in English 🙂

Are you experiencing any issue with your device? Could you provide us more details about it?

I too live in Malta and know Italian. But the problem is we cannot post in English (has to be Italian) and in order to search forums we need to be connected to English-language forums not Italian ones

Please can you update the Italy settings to allow English or better : tell us how to sign in to Samsung UK forums?
