      <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;Rosemberg ha scritto:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho fatto il ripristino di fabbrica e adesso mi escono le reti ma non riesco a collegarmi... ho provato a spegnere e riaccendere il modem ma non funziona... ho provato a collegarmi ad un altro modem e non funziona mi dice problemi di autenticazione...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;Rosemberg&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;dopo aver fatto un&amp;nbsp;ripristino e non aver caricato nessuna nuova App o dato e il wi-fi continua a non funzionare, probabilmente c'è un problema hardware , ma ho i miei dubbi.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ti descrivo , la per me corretta, sequenza per fare un hard reset:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Prima di fare l'Hard reset ti consiglio:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;impostazioni&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;cloud e account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;backup e ripristino&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;disabilita "Ripristino automatico" e&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;disabilita "backup dati personali"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hard reset :&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;lo devi fare da telefono spento...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;tasto volume + tasto home e tasto power insieme.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ti esce il robot Android , attendi qualche secondo e ti uscirà una schermata .&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;poi vai con i tasti volume vai su Wipe data/factory reset e con il tasto power yes.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;attendi qualche secondo&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;poi vai su reboot sistem now e con il tasto power yes.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hai ripristinato alle impostazioni di fabbrica il tuo S7.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Logicamente fai prima&amp;nbsp; un backup con Smart Switch.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/it/support/smartswitch/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/it/support/smartswitch/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Lo devi installare sul tuo computer e anche sul cellulare se non già installato.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ricordo che Smart Switch non fa il backup di tutto il contenuto del telefono come App di terzi.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;esempio :&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WhatsApp-Telegram-Viber-ColorNote-Bring-Call Recorder......&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;che hanno nelle loro impostazioni la possibilità di fare un backup&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ti consiglio di NON fare il ripristino dal backup delle tue APP ma di scaricarle nuovamente dal Play Store e da Galaxy Apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Solo così non si riportano dentro al cellulare problemi e/o conflitti.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PPS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ti devi ricordare la mail e la password dell'account Google...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;perché se fai l'hard reset all'accensione li chiede e senza il cellulare si blocca per , se non sbaglio, fino a 72 ore&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gentilmente fammi sapere...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Ciao e&amp;nbsp;buona giornata.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rispondo al tecnico che gentilmente ha risposto sulla procedura di HR: se viene utilizzata la sequenza dei tasti power+ vol up e tasto home, SI PERDE LA GARANZIA DEL TERMINALE! Viene alterato il counter riportando (una volta portato il terminale in assistenza) il terminale come possibile manomissione. Grazie ad un gentile tecnico SAMSUNG che mi consigliò di effettuare la procedura di factory reset mediante i 3 pulsanti, di ricevere um addebito di €265+iva per aver manomesso il telefono (dopo averlo ritirato dall'assistenza per modulo Wi-Fi bluetooth guasto. Perciò diamo giuste indicazioni per non ritrovarsi con spiacevoli equivoci&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;MarjiasGuido, benvenuto,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mi dispiace per il tuo disagio ma devo correggerti.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;La procedura di hard reset da effettuare con la combinazione di tasti da noi indicata non modifica alcun counter e non invalida la garanzia.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Il counter viene modificato dalle effettive manomissioni del software effettuate con programmi non consentiti, diversi dallo Smart Switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;:womanhappy:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
