How can I get rid off Video call effects that automatically gain permission to my social network apps and I can't turned it off on my Samsung A54 5G?

If by chance you have set a wallpaper go to Settings, Advanced Features, Video Call Effects, then press the 3 dots at the top right and press Delete Call Background. If, however, you also want to remove the colored background, when you make a video call, pull down the quick panel and at the top left press on the video call effects rectangle, then on the square that will appear below on the display press the colored background symbol and set it to none. These are the various steps to remove the color and background, but you can't turn them off completely!
When in Advanced Settings you press on Video Call effects, on the following screen the writing in blue appears halfway down the screen "How to use during video calls"!

I have to restart my phone before I could get the video call effects on the Quick panel notification ... but thanks all the way

video call effects should be shown in Notification Panel by default. You can't see them?

Did the suggestion given by MalinoisK9 help you?

Video call effects should be usable on your Galaxy A13. You can use features that change the background or block background noise during video calls.

On the Settings screen, tap Advanced features > Video call effects and tap the switch to turn it on. This icon will be added on the video calling app’s screen:

If you want to use effects, pull down the quick panel during calls and click on "Video call effects" to apply your effects:

Hello Jessica...I have a similar problem with my Galaxy s23 ultra...I cannot unblur the background in video calls with Whatsapp... I tried disconnecting the blur feature in WhatsApp but still no results, it appears it is made by the Phone.

You can check if any effects are activated for video calls from the device settings by doing the following:

Settings
Advanced features
Video Call Effects

If no blurring function was active from the settings, it means that this is due to an option in the app itself.

In the latter case, I suggest you check whether by making a video call with other apps, such as Google Meets, you encounter background blurring.
