I updated my app, but I fortunately found that all of my voice recorded have been vaniahed.

How can I manage the installation of pre versions of the app? I tried it but I couldn't install.

Non puoi fare il revert a versioni precedenti, una volta aggiornato. Appare comunque strano che i tuoi contenuti personali siano stati alterati da un aggiornamento di sistema. Domanda: hai per caso un backup delle registrazioni, da poter ripristinare?

Which model of Samsung Galaxy are you using?

Updating the app, should not cause the vanishing of the data. Could you please tell us if you have updated the app by using the "Update" button on Play Store or have download a new version from web?

Unfortunately, if there is no backup, the removed data cannot be recovered. But try to search your recordings in the Recycle bin:

Voice Recorder
3 dots upper
Recycle bin

Let us know if you can find your recordings!

Thank you for tge response, My phone is A72, one UI 6.1.

I updated it by "update". When I updated the one UI, it happened and I found that all the list exept 4 of them has been vanished.

I confirm that if you have not made a backup, you will not be able to proceed with recovery.

Are only some files present on the recycle bin?

Thank you for your response and follow up. No I didn't have anything in recycle bin in the app. And when I opened the app after the backup, I noticed that I just have 4 recorded voice, instead of many records I had made before. Because they were so important and I am sure that I had not deleted them intentionally.
