Samsung customer service couldn't set up 2 sims as "dual sims always on". But Samsung customer service has one of the worst service points in Trustpilot. Everything is fine in papers, phones, comments etc. Only problem is in rthe eal world.

Hi @LuccaToscana,

there's obviously some misunderstanding here, and some misleading about information provided by others.

So here's the official thing: all of ours product, which also includes Galaxy S26 series, only have Dual Sim Dual Stand By (DSDS),

Dual Sim Full Active (DSFA) is not available; thus is not an issue about our customer service who couldn't or wouldn't activate it: it's simply an unavailable feature.

Hope this helps settling the matter, and I strongly suggest for future points to wait for official statement by Samsung Staff here in order to avoid misunderstandings.

You should inform your WhatsApp customer support staff for this update. They tried to set up "dual sims always on" on my s26.. It didn't work and transferred problem to other department..And I give up.

Hi @LuccaToscana,

some further clarification here: there's no official definition of "Dual Sim Always On".

Put that way, we do intend that, as already stated in other occasion, both Sim are physically turned on in the device, yes, and that you can manage them via internal menu.

But not in the sense of the DSDS / DSFA operative meaning of term.

That is to be clear.
