If you got it through Samsung Store.
You will get an email with a link to do a survey
Once done you just wait till the items get sent.

You must review your phone using that link within 30 days of receiving your new handset, using the same email address you used to place your order. You will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review. Once your review has been validated, we will deliver your free gift within another 30 days"

Hey there.

As mentioned above, once you've had your delivery, watch out for an email from Samsung inviting you to complete a review.

Officially the email should come after 14 days from delivery but I got mine 14 days from date of order.

Full in the review and once you submit you'll get a message on screen confirming you'll get the 15w wireless charger and case delivered within 30 days.

NOTE - YOU WILL NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

I've seen a few people say they've received emails. Still received nothing yet. Even checked spam folder

Not sure if everyone gets the email or if they select people at random out of the purchases

The very early offer was a 45w then it moved to the 15w wireless.

Both with a case.

It is more than 14 days for me, but I haven't received an email from Samsung. Is there a way I can check (I have checked my junk folder as well).

I've just gone through live chat, explained I've no email, checked my junk etc. After giving over order number, email, address, contact number they gave me the hyperlinks. Just be careful to select the correct one. One is for ultra, the other is for +
See what turns up.

Best bet is to contact samsung as thats what i have done, once review done they have advised that no confirmation email will be sent neither and delivery would be in 30 days. Its like if you hit lucky number you get it. Hopefully ive been helpful.

In the meantime, I recommend checking your junk/spam folder, just in case the email containing the review form has been filtered there in error. If it has been more than 30 days since you completed the review, and you have not received your Starter Pack, then please contact the Shop Team as per the details above.

I completed my review of the s25 ultra, at least 4/5 weeks ago and I haven't received a thing!
