Apps section not showing in smart switch!?

I'm trying to transfer my WhatsApp chats from iPhone to my new S25U, but when trying to transfer the data over, there's no app section?

Any ideas?.. or has anyone got a better/easier way of transferring my chats over?

@GIBXO: The process of transferring WhatsApp chats from iOS to Android is slightly different compared to Android to Android, however please note that it cannot be achieved via Smart Switch, as WhatsApp has its own dedicated backup service. If you take a look at the link below from WhatsApp support, then this will walk you through the necessary steps.

Have you navigated to the settings within your WhatsApp and backed them up.
