I have an s25 ultra and I have the one UI 8.5 but it's the beta version and now I can't download the official one. Can someone help.

No. I still have the beta and when I try to search for updates it says the software is already updated. I didn't even know that I needed to leave

Well, you don't need to leave. You get the update automatically, unless it's not an officially obtained beta.

If you leave, you have to reset your smartphone first, as described in the beta information for "leaving the beta".

Mhm I have rested my phone and it says its a beta version, errors can happen. Please make a copy for safety. But it says that every time

I did the Beta through the Members app.

I left the Beta months before the One UI 8.5 final

release.

I'm still on the Beta and not receiving any updates. I'm still on the February security patch.

A simple phone reset obviously doesn't work. You have to roll back to the stable version first. That can be only done with a PC and SmartSwitch.

Did you ever read the beta notes?

If you left, you have to roll back to stable first. Be aware, this will wipe your device.

So you need a PC and SmartSwitch installed on the PC to perform the roll back.

See? What's the first thing anyone should do before even installing the beta? Read the notes, correct? There is a whole page describing the downgrade.

You have to install SmartSwitch on your PC, connect the phone to your PC. Then use SmartSwitch to downgrade. Be aware, that will wipe your phone.

You have to backup up your stuff first. The downgrade is like a device reset, and deletes everything.

I left the beta before and tried to leave again through this app, but there was only the option to join the beta, and there was no longer a need for beta testers. Now I'm in trouble and have to fix this by wiping my phone. That's not a solution, sorry.
