Hi, I bought this phone in Dubai. I’m currently in London, and I’m unable to use Samsung Wallet here. My card is not being accepted/added. Could you please help me with this issue?

Use Google wallet instead

You won't be able to as your device is out of region it was meant for i.e brought in another country to one you currently reside in.

Aren't you suppposed to tell your bank that you want to use your card/digital wallet that you'll be paying out/drawing cash whilst abroad?
