      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the recent software update (One UI 8.0 with the 1st October 2025 security patch), my Galaxy S23 Ultra has started randomly switching between 5G, 4G, and even 3G — even when I’m stationary or on my regular daily commute. Because of this, mobile data has become almost unusable, and calls are frequently dropping or I lose the other person’s voice mid-conversation. What’s strange is that my wife uses the same mobile operator and network (on a Galaxy S25 Ultra) and her phone maintains a stable 5G connection throughout. We both live in Dubai, which has excellent 5G coverage — so it’s definitely not a network issue. This strongly points to a problem with the recent Samsung update. Hoping Samsung acknowledges and fixes this soon — it’s really affecting connectivity and daily usability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problems with my s23 ultra, started about the same time and I've also tried the same basic troubleshooting solutions. I've tried different settings, modes, resets, new SIM card, SIM cards from other providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought the S23 ultra 2 months ago new, it was unused. Everything worked perfectly fine high speeds on 5g, no complaints over the signal and connection both phonecalls and 5g. I live in the Netherlands and work allover the country making 30 phone calls a day, I've tried it 3 days everyone complains about not hearing me, connection is totally lost on all cellular bands half the time, keeps switching to different bands and gsm signal is unstable there's no logic in it.. it must be a software problem but I haven't found the sullution yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about this—I know how frustrating it can be. Since you purchased it only a couple of months ago, it should still be under warranty, so I’d suggest getting it fixed through Samsung Care at no cost. Unfortunately, I ended up upgrading to the S25 Ultra because of this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear about the issue you were having but this is nothing new and it is a worldwide problem and it started with the last two most recent updates UI 7 and number 8 including security patches 15 and 16&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung will not admit this but the software issue has caused an issue with the antenna, and will not let it make a stable connection to Verizon network and other networks. It'll work fine on Wi-Fi. You can try disabling 5G and you may get sporadic 4G connections in the heart of New York City or Miami or Charlotte North Carolina where the most heaviest signals are I get maybe one bar sometimes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My family is filled with lawyers thank goodness and they are working on a lawsuit this will be huge it'll make big news once they announce it. Samsung is effectively turned thousands upon thousands of phones into bricks and are doing absolutely nothing about it and taking zero responsibility. I am going to switch to another phone provider and network provider when I can in the meantime I just continue to blast Samsung on my YouTube channels and any person I come in contact with and my customers which there are thousands I tell them to steer clear from Samsung since they don't want to help me and others I will make sure that they are not helped and their financial picture is impacted even if it's just one person but it's literally about a hundred so far that I have converted&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Samsung will give you the runaround on the phone saying they know there's people with problems that they won't admit to it that is their fault. I've spoke just for several experts in the field and had my phone analyzed and the last stock for update corrupted hardware particularly the antenna that's why it's hard to connect to a network only Wi-Fi. My family has two lawyers they're very busy though but they are looking into creating a class section lawsuit it's going to take a while before it's launched but I'll keep you informed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
