Samsung S22 ultra touch problem.. System shows touches being made but it not acting according. Worse while gaming on CODM.

Am having serious touch problems since the update. I added a YouTube video link for more context.

It happens randomly, especially when I tap and swipe. The System recognise that touches are being made, however it doesn't act according. This affects my gaming experience on codm.

I turn the ignore repeated touches settings, for me I feel this might be the cause, because visually it shows red when the system is ignoring a touch as demonstrated in the Video.

This issues occurs even with

120 or 60 refresh rate

Clearing cache partition

Charging or not

Factory reset

Etc

It's frustrating for me because I can't enjoy games, I know it's not a hardware issue because the touches show by pointer. But the system ignores it.

I hope Samsung fix this bug in the next update.

It happens with touch sensitivity on too, and also ignore repeated touches settings too

Hi! You previously made this exact post 3 hours ago. At this point, I think it would be better to contact Samsung support and get the device looked at/repaired. It's not likely a software bug; it seems your device has issues.

Go to your phone and dial *#0*#. There you can check the hardware—if the "touch" section doesn't work, your device needs repair.

Its not a hardware issue, and i made some adjustments to the post made. Have you even seen the video yet.? It's a bug

Are you by chance using a phone case? Take off the case and see if the problem still occurs.

Tried that, the touch works.. Like I said before it happens randomly. Especially after i touch the curve of the screen. Watch the video again for more context

It being just the edge of the screen doesn't seem like a hardware issue to me. Logically, I can't see how that makes sense. So, you are using a case with magnets? Remove and restart your phone. Is this a problem with just your S Pen or your finger, too?
