      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi my samsung health app won't open , just comes up with server error message. I've tried force stopping the app, no cache setting that I can see to clear it . Restarted phone after force stop . Software up to date . I have an S22 so shouldn't be an issue as not an old phone.&amp;nbsp;Can anyone help .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logout from your Samsung Account on your phone and then sign back in via Samsung Health. Check if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Before logging out, ensure that the phone is backed up and you have the Samsung Account password at hand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After all, I found a solution and want to share it with everyone. I tried logging out of my Samsung account, logging in with Shealth, deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache and data, force stopping, all the solutions suggested by previous users did not work. My solution is to install the previous Sheatlh version, specifically 6.26.9.005. That version allows us to go directly without having to set up from scratch, after installing that version, we can update to the latest version to use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
