    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, My phone was working great, then after the latest up date to&amp;nbsp;One UI version: 8.0, Android version: 16,&amp;nbsp;Build number: BP2A.250605.031.A3.F946WVLU6FYI8. Now the bluetooth disconnects and reconnects like every 30 seonds or so. Wifi will not activate and when it does, no wifi networks willl show.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have since,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Toggle Airplane Mode and Restart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Boot into Safe Mode to Rule Out Apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Checked for System Updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Clear Cache Partition&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Reset the Wifi and Bluetooth settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Performed a full factory reset (reluctanly)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I did learn that this may be a known issue and there was a new fix issued for October , 2025, hwoever, when i go to software update, it says that my device is up to date with the security patch release for Sept 1, 2025.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really need my connections back and would love some feedback on next steps, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Obviously you have tried a lot of Troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp; check&amp;nbsp; the diasgnistics firstly as suggested. if ok&amp;nbsp; there how&amp;nbsp; How long did you keep the Device in Safe Mode, it is advisable to keep in this mode for 2 hours&amp;nbsp; for evaluation purposes.&amp;nbsp; A few other things you can try.&amp;nbsp; Go to Settings- Connections - Wi-Fi - Tap the cog symbol to the right of your router - Forget . This is the bottom right on the list. Toggle your Wi-Fi off and on again - Select your router from the list of available connections, and run through all the connection steps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thereafter go to Settings - Connections - Wi-Fi - Tap the cog next to your router, under view More&amp;nbsp; select the MAC Address Type and set this to Phone MAC. If the issue persists, I would suggest pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, the reason being that this will refresh the software and address any issues that might be causing problems. An idea also to reboot the router if still issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also clear the Bluetooth cache.&amp;nbsp; Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Settings - Apps --Sort by icon (top-right next to Your apps) - Toggle on Show system app- - Tap on the Bluetooth app - Storage - Clear cache.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However if still problems advisable to send an Error Report-via Samsung Members or contact support.&amp;nbsp; Go to Support-Send Feedback-Networking-Wifi.&amp;nbsp; Describe the issue&amp;nbsp; and ensure that systems logs are attached .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So after trying everything that you kindly suggested, the WiFi seems to be working now, but the bluetooth is still disconnecting every 30 seconds or so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore, looks like i may have to send in an error report for more info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, i forgot to mention that i have a Classic Watch 6 that has alwasy worked fine and then i stumbled across the following info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why This Happens (Your Specific Case)&lt;BR /&gt;One UI 8.0 Bug: Android 16's new Bluetooth stack + Wear OS 5 causes "connection handshakes" to fail every 30-60 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;Your Build: BP2A.250605.031 (Sept 2025) has this issue; fixed in October security patch&lt;BR /&gt;Watch 6 Classic: Its dual-chip (Bluetooth + LTE) creates sync conflicts&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So far they haven't exactly admitted there's an issue. Im on week 3 arguing with them about it. They even sent me a phone that did the exact same thing as a replacement. So they are currently sending me another device. Be interesting to see if the next device works correctly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm interested as well. Mine (fold5) started acting up with October's update, and I thought it was my Buds+ and Galaxy watch3, but my new buds had issues too. Anyway, certain updates have solved my wifi and bluetooth issues briefly but only for a day or two. I usually get a prompt that says "bluetooth has stopped responding" with a request to stop the app. This makes me think it's a programming issue. It's exceptionally frustrating as it makes me depend on my work iPhone more than I'd like, or a 15 year old Samsung s7 to stream music on my earbuds at night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ran out of samsung care a few days before this issue occurred. ugh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue, been living without BT + WI-FI for a few months now - I stumbled across a post on here where someone rebooted theirs in safe mode and that fixed it for them. I've just done this and my WiFi and Bluetooth are working again!!! Suggests to me it's a software issue, hopefully booting in safe mode has somehow cleared the fault for good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
