How can i set up a "read" message under a sent text when someone has read it pls

There is a setting to show when a message has been delivered, but none appears for "read" messages.
On messaging screen, tap the three vertical dots right of the search icon. From the menu that appears, choose: Settings>More settings>Text message>Show when delivered: and then use the radio button to toggle between on or off.
If there is a "read" notification like on WhatsApp, I have not found it yet.
