Hi everyone,

I have just purchased an eSim to be able to use the dual sim option on my galaxy a55. However, my physical sim is labelled sim2 and i can't make it sim1. (Where Sim1 should be, it says "no sim card). I can now only receive phone calls from the sim that is activated. How can i make sure that i can always receive calls over both sim cards, regardless of which one is activated? I would like to use one sim ptivately and the other one professionally. The option "activate dual sim" is greyed out.

Thanks very much for any ideas!
