Hi, I have been having this issue for more than 6 months and it happens sometimes, I can't really reproduce the issue and it's not related with any call that I had.

Basically I want to adjust the volume through the volume keys and it's not possible.
If I connect to my bluetooth dongle of the car it says i'm on a car.
And today I got late to work because the alarm instead of ringing normally, it just gave a "bump" which is the small notification we get when we receive notifications when we are on a call.

The only solution I've found so far it was to restart the phone.

Anybody had this issue?
What was the solution?

My Phone:
Galaxy A52 / SM-A525F/DS
One UI 6.1, Android 14
Play Store Version: 1 September 2025;
Android Security Patch: 1 April 2025

Cheers
