    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Set up new phone using smartswitch but facebook not working. When I click on icon nothing happens - just goes back to home screen. I uninstall and reinstall then it let's me log in but as soon as I log off I can't get to login screen again. Have cleared cache. Any ideas please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you use SmartSwitch sometimes the wrong version of the app comes across.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Facebook app, press and hold down, select uninstall.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DO NOT CLICK INSTALL at this point.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Google Play Store.&lt;BR /&gt;Search Facebook&lt;BR /&gt;Install&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does that fix your issue?</description>

      <description>Hi thanks- have already done that but it didn't solve the problem. FB still working fine on my old A14. Only changed as old phone kept doing strange things but doesn't have a virus and has not been hacked</description>

Turn off the device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key&lt;BR /&gt;3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Press Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.&lt;BR /&gt;9. Press the Power key to restart the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
