Wifi calling not working.

I chose an A15 for its wifi calling but the facility has now disappeared from my phone. How can I reinstate it?

Wifi calling was working but now it is gone? Can you recall recent changes that might have caused it. Did you check with your network provider

WiFi calling is activated by your network, not Samsung.

If you pull down from top right of your screen to access quick access menu, is WiFi calling there and is it lit up?

If so it is there and active.

You need to get in contact with your network provider, they will have to switch it on their side

Are you able to see the wifi calling icon when you pull down the quick panel settings?

@farmgirl: Further to the above, please head to Settings > Connections, and check to see if Wi-Fi Calling is visible in the menu here. If not, and if you can't see the option in your Quick Panel, then I recommend reaching out to your mobile network provider directly, as the feature may need to be activated on your account.
