I just got this new Galaxy a56 phone and unfortunately realized that there is some coating on the screen which causes some annoying pinkish bluish reflection when the phone is a bit tilted. That is so distracting while reading stuff on a white background. So guys could you please tell me if you have the same problem. PS: Please answer if you do not have an extra protective screen on your phone because apparently some of them neutralize this rainbow effect.

This picture's not taken by me but that shows the problem.

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!!

Ive seen posts about this, so I believe some reflection of such is normal.

The image provided is very disfigured, looks like its been hit by radiation 😂 *image has been changed. However, I've seen many posts saying the same thing.

If I take my protector off, I get similar results.

Haha.😅 Well that's not taken by me. Just found it on the web but it shows the issue well. That intermittent blue/pink row is so distracting and discomforting while reading.🥲

Only suggestion would be to grab a screen protector. If you suspect it's worse than it should be, then contact support to confirm how normal it is.

They all give that type of image, especially when viewed on a white background. It's classed as being normal.
