phone doos not start up

Even not after hard reset

Only this icon appears on the screen

Whats doos it means ???

Have you tried plugging it in for a while to charge?

If it's currently on charge, unplug it and try again

If i hold power on and volume down

Once in a while popsup the word samsung to , after a few seconds it dissapears and thatbother icon appears for a moment ....

Try connecting it to your pc via a usb cable, then hold volume up and volume down. Keep holding them till the samsung logo appears.

If it goes more than 15 seconds I'd assume it's not working.

This should put your phone into download mode. It means you can use a pc to reinstall android, but it would wipe the device doing so

Battery gone that's what that symbol means, can't recharge.

This symbol can sometimes mean that your phone recognises it's connected to a charging cable, but is unable to actually charge. Have you tried using a different cable and/or adapter to see if this fixes the issue?

If doing this doesn't resolve the matter, then there's most certainly an issue with the battery, so I'd recommend arranging for an engineer to carry out an inspection. If you are located in the UK you can do this via the link below:

I use an s24 ultra and usually that pops up after the phone switched off. It takes about like 5 mins or so until it can actually switch on after it gains more power
