Hello just received my new galaxy A35 5g but it says its up to date on the software update level November 2024 shouldn't it be higher?

I had this. I bought my phone in December but was on October update. I had to wait for December's update and it went back to normal Maybe the same for you?

Got the phone 14th December and I think the update came around 21st.

I got my A35 5G in October 2024. The security patch was showing as May 2024. It has never updated but keeps on telling me "software is up to date", and a call to Samsung support ended up with the guy saying the same. Does not seem right.......
