Newest System Update - A35 Phone keeps turning off/crashing

Absolutely fuming with the newest system update as now my A35 keeps turning off unexpectedly every 10 minutes or so, literally unusable. What can I do to solve this? Followed the steps by steps to check for other things that might be forcing it but was fine until the system update.

Samsung, please, what can I do as I need my phone for my 2 children in school and possible autism appoinent phonecalls.

I am at the moment because I can't do anything without risking it turning off mid way through, absolutely rubbish especially with me being on holiday this week 😞

After update June 2025 for my Samsung mobile A35. Contact App doesn't work its showing alsway "Updating Contact" .

This app doesn't Sync Contact.

And some time other app automatically Close.

Please do somthing.

I am unable to make a call.

I'm running into similar issues whereby since the update the screen freezes and crashes regularly

Since UI7 update my phone continually crashes. I've tried all reccomendations including factory reset. All that is left is a repair for me to pay for of unknown cost, or buy a new phone. Samsung is not helping at all.

The updates for me started in Sept 2025. There was so many that month and the next that by Nov 2025, my phone has been crashing and restarting on it's own relentlessly. None of my apps want to open up on the first try. It takes about 5 times to open and close the apps before the work. I've called support in the past and they tell me "I have too many Pokemon apps on my phone". The apps and phone were working properly before the relentless updates. I feel Samsung is now using the same tactic as Apple who got sued and lost over the same tactic. The updates started when the Samsung Galaxy A36 model released. Why would I get that model when the A35 has the SD Card slot that can hold up to 1TB of storage and the A36 model does not have the SD Card slot? I'm not paying for Cloud Storage and I have all the free space I need. I barely put a dent into the Internal Storage and SD Card usage. Currently backing up my files to the PC and then Factory Reset my device. If this still doesn't work, I will no longer be a Samsung customer. My A35 also get overheated so quickly I have to stick it in the freezer just so that the device can cool down without it catching on fire. I am an android only user and I loved Samsung for their friendly products and caring about the customer and their spending. If what I'm doing does not work, I will be suing Samsung and no longer being their customer. I've been furiously upset since Sept 2025 and it's March 2026. It's been 6 months I have been dealing with this issue.
