Help I need to establish my phone ID. It is not the IMEI or serial number

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

To my understanding, this is the only needed way to identify the product. What specifically are you being asked for?- unless its simply the model number? I'm assuming thats what you're being asked.

In settings- about phone- will show all relevant information about your device. (Serial number, Model name, Product name, Software information, Status information, Legal information)
