Stop phone from saving recently used apps

I have a Galaxy a15. I would like to make the phone stop saving recently used apps. You know the ones that you clear out when you hit "close all" I want to stop saving the list of those ***** things I hate it drives me nuts I already disabled show recommended apps that doesn't do anything then the internet says go to suggestions in settings. There is no suggestions in settings when I Google the problem they have answers that do not have settings in my phone to disabled now what do I do. Google says go to the home screen disable this disable that there is nothing to disable in the home screen NOTHING. AI is totally useless the suggestions it has there are no settings on my phone to do. I would be grateful for any help.

I don't think you can stop apps showing up in your recents.

You can of course swipe them away but the phone itself is so good at ram management, and optimisation it will clear them for you if needed.

When you swipe off/close an app, the app stays running. So if you open it again, it'll carry on where you left off. That menu you're talking about is the list of currently running apps. Your phone is smart enough to make them not use extra battery and stuff so there's not of a reason to constantly clear them. Clearing them just makes all your apps start from scratch and take longer to load.

Its an integral feature of how android works since maybe android 2, as having your apps reload from the beginning every time you open them is very annoying.

Since your phone isn't very powerful, clearing all would make games run faster (so clear all, open and play game, close game, swipe game away, carry on as usual), but other than that there's not much of a point

I don't know if I'm explaining it right I think the apps I don't want to show are the running apps I want to get that list of running apps where you hit the close all button to close I don't want to see those anymore the whole kit and kaboodle I don't even want them to pierce so I don't have to hit close all to do anything anymore

According to the internet there is a way but the instructions they give there are no such setting on my phone like they tell you to turn off suggestions suggested apps I already disabled show recommended apps I don't know I'm totally confused by now I think I'm pissing into the wind I don't think it's going to happen

I mean I'll be telling you this correctly I think I mean the running apps the apps that are running right now that's the one I want to stop saving make that whole foolish thing go away from my home screen

You're exactly right the currently running apps that's what I meant. I'm 71 years old I'm getting older my mind is in the sharp as it used to be

Close all huh? I like to close it up for good. I'm just fussy I don't like clutter and I don't like anything ruining my lines and those are ruining my lines

I would like to make them go away permanently I would like to make the phone stop saving them stop saving them completely I don't ever want to see them again is there a way to do that have the phone stop saving them disable something

Do you know if that's the definite set in stone that you can't stop the phone from doing that because if it is I'll stop searching but is there any way to find out
