      <title>Google Play Integrity</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;My new Samsung A15 is failing both Device and Strong Integrity. This has locked me out of my favourite game. Clearing the Google Play Store cache temporarily fixed the issue but it returned when I re-downloaded Ingress.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This is supposed to only apply to jailbroken &amp;amp; rooted phones.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I haven't altered the device in any way (I wouldn't know how). I'm using standard OS and don't have a custom ROM or an unlocked bootloader (whatever that means).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It's the latest version of Android, it's marked as an official device, Play Store is up to date.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The only thing I can think is that I ported some data over from an iPhone when I switched.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First try &amp;gt; Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/&lt;/A&gt; You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To see if that helps &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/61033601"&gt;@HG18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another troubleshooting step is &amp;gt; Safe Mode&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/&lt;/A&gt; turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then ling hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you get on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not yet, but Samsung Support suggested I speak to Google&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; - three official support channels and you remain by far the most helpful! I may try a factory reset and if that doesn't work I guess I'll just have to accept I can't use that app anymore!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
