It's 2025 and I don't know why my phone doesn't support eSIM. For your information, my phone is an A54 5G6E.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community.

If your device is from the UK, it does.
Please note that the A54 5G does indeed support eSIMs. Some providers do not supply them, so it may be worth speaking to them.

1. Go to Settings. 2. Select Connections. 3. Select SIM Card Manager. 4. If you see the option "Add eSIM" or "eSIM settings," your phone supports eSIM.

My phone is not in the UK based on what you said that the feature is only supported in the UK? I did what you said, I went to settings and did not find esim

If its not a UK phone then no. Phones are normally also region locked- are you in the Uk/EU? Your phone should be or you lose out on updates. But yes, UK models have an Esim

Im unsure, I don't believe that's how it works. I would contact samsung support directly to find this out 😊
