      <title>Samsung galaxy A13 phone. UPDATE</title>

      <description>I have a samsung galaxy A13 and i recently updated the software a few weeks ago in January 2025 and the security patch is 1st November 2024, i have not been using the phone for the Internet or to make calls and text messages.&lt;DIV&gt;I put my sim card into the phone today and have been trying to update some of the 17 apps available for update but non of the apps will update, i have cleared the cache partition and deleted some apps and nothing will work, non of the apps will update, i have never had this problem before, does anyone know why ?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I did a factory reset on my galaxy A13 and it now works perfectly &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":ok_hand:"&gt;👌&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>You can also try settings &amp;gt; apps &amp;gt; Google play store &amp;gt; storage &amp;gt; clear cache and data&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also you can try settings &amp;gt; general management &amp;gt; reset &amp;gt; reset all settings&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you checked if you phones storage if full? Or if your Googles account storage reached 15gb limit so that's why you don't receive emails? As usually it's 15gb free Google storage option is free but if you reach the limit you won't be able to back up or receive emails from Gmail.</description>
