When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;!-- /data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_241120_063855_892.sdocx --&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And Safe Mode&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/&lt;/A&gt; turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Last resort is to back up and factory reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However as the phone is new you shouldn't have to be carrying out troubleshooting steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Consider a swap out ynder any relevant cooling off period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:"&gt;😎&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi guys. Anyone else experiencing this? I just bought the phone a few days ago. It works half the time and sometimes doesn't. You have to wait a little. Same when I tap the screen, the double tap to wake the screen, doesn't work when power button doesn't work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much! Gemini brought me here. Your 7-second forced reboot worked like a charm. I was trying a reboot since 12 hours but I guess for less than 7 secs as the Samsung logo never showed up. Now finally it's working again &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏🏾&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
