Would you choose a Samsung phone or a Google pixel phone? The pixel was good but it got stolen so I'm back to my Samsung A series as a back up. My Samsung stopped working just few days after getting it which stressed up me out and I was really disappointed 😞

I always goes with samsung, yea I tested pixel phones too, but samsung got you covered in every area. I am using my A series for i think almost 3 years now. Just fabulous. Pixel suddenly stopped it's cameras and battery drains like hell. Have you tried samsung service center with the warranty???

Pixel phones are promising but their customer service is beyond TERRIBLE! SHAMEFUL! If they don't like you of they don't feel like helping then they will just hang up the phone on you! I felt bad after spending that much on my Pixel to have such rubbish customer service 😑. I have used Samsung for a long time a& I got fed up because it lacked durability. But I suppose I only just found out about this Samsung community which pixel has also but it's not in a personalised app like this. Pixel is durable & excellent sound system but Google has A Long way to go towards establishing an EFFICIENT PHONE COMPANY

I have to say, pixels have 1 feature I wish Samsung phones had. You can track a pixel phone that's fully powered off and out of battery. They enable a built in "smart tag/air tag". Other than that, I go Samsung. They usually perform better too, since Google use their own in house chips. Samsung (now) uses snapdragon

Samsung, no other. Good internal memory storage, unlike Google, S Pen, I know other people don't like it comes it alot of pre-installed apps, but it saves so much time from having to install your apps anyway, Microsoft integration, great camera, I know this is user specific, but I love my Samsung phone camera ❤, sturdy phone, at least all mine were very sturdy 👍, I'd still chose Samsung phone for what it has to offer.

@vickyblooms

I am sorry you had bad luck with your phones, I hope it goes better for you from now on.❤

It's not really the right place to ask. Most people on hear are going to say Samsung. Much the same as if you asked the question in a Google pixel group on Facebook they'd nearly all say Google. As someone else said check out some YouTube reviews. I usually check reviews by tech spurt as there very down to earth. If you like the stipped back android experience then Googles the way to go but you'll miss things like a dedicated gallery app, more featured files app, expert raw and galaxy enhance to name a few. You'll also miss out on all the customisation you get with Good Lock. Pixel phones take great photos but if you're used to Samsung then they look a bit dull in comparison.

I like the s pen, zoom camera and all the extras you get with a Samsung phone. Pixel phones just feel dated and boring and feel basic. I don't actually like the Pixel cameras either, Google say they tuned them for darker skin portraits but I find the end result horrendous plus way over processed and sharp sometimes.

Thank you for your comment. I was told my a network provider that samsung actually only care about the higher grade phones they produce but put no care or thought into the other ones... Samsung experience store & checking reviews helps too before making a decision. But I like the samsung interface better. It is more user friendly & the subfolders show the complete list of apps without having to scroll sideways. Plus battery life on pixel is bad. But the speakers are excellent. Google has a long way to go when it comes to dominating the phone industry to be fair.... there's a lot of improvement to be made & the lack of having a physical store limits their physical capability to help immediately when a device is faulty.

To be honest you have spoken very well. Pixel have great speakers. But in terms of everything else including customer service I'm disappointed. The minimalist designs made its way to the interface making the app icons quite small for a phone with a large screen. It made it difficult to easily find the apps I needed quickly. Like i said earlier to someone, Google has a long way to go when it comes to dominating the phone industry. Samsung will most likely always lead in this area. They have a physical store where you physically go in and get support with your device. Limiting the amount of time you have to wait for support or repairs. Google was lacking in this because they are only online & any Pixdl related issues or queries have to be directed online to the pixel community. Google only bought android but I believe they are just overrated tbh. The other Google nest devices are quite well done but the Chromebooks; phones really needs improvement. I will he looking to go back to getting on the S series & possible get a samsung watch ⌚️ as well...

Did you use pixel phones for a long time? Pixel needs to be more user friendly. The phone is durable though & has good hardware. I dropped it a few times & it didnt break. But Pixel 8 Pro is heavy maybe because of the bumpy camera lenses. Chrome laptop is the same. Hard to use and not compatible with Windows OS.
