My Samsung A54 5G doesn't super-fast charge anymore

It started with 'Clean your USB port for moisture' (I don't remember the exact wording). Then came 'check your USB Cable'. Now it doesn't super fast anymore. It takes more than 2 hours to charge. Kindly help

Have you tried using a different cable and charge brick? If any charge brick that supports usb pd 3.0/3.1 with PPS will trigger super fast charging as long as its around 30w or more. Or an official charger. A faulty charger and cable is cheaper than a faulty phone, so I'd aim there first. Or if you have another Samsung phone with super fast charging, try seeing if that works fine on your charger, if it doesn't, you know it's a faulty charger or cable

You could also try if necessary > Usb reset.

Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.

A diagnostic tool 🔧 can be found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store can assess your phone if necessary https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

Since a updated to 6.1 software my Samsung a54 5g has stopped fast charging and the super fast charge has vanished

I have tried different Samsung original chargers. It worked intermittently between super fast charging and low charging. I had to keep adjusting the cable. I think my phone charging port has loosen

I use an Anker fast charger and cable from the 3 store when I got my A56, and I use it to charge my A52s, both fast charge perfectly.
The A52s Is UI6.1 android 14.
