QR Code reader vanished

My Galaxy A6 has lost its QR code reader - I don't frequently use it so can't say during which update it was vanished, nowhere to be seen. (There's only qr contact detail loading, no good for URLs). There isn't an add-on that I can install.

Samsung Internet has permission to use the camera: indeed in the permissions manager it mentions reading qr codes. I've tried turning it off then back on...

I have tried re-booting but no success. There should be plenty of memory left for such processing requirements.

Hi there 👋, your can swipe down to access quick settings panel, then tap edit (pencil shaped button) at top then it should let you add scan QR code, also you can go to camera press settings and make sure SCAN QR codes is toggled on
