Blue box around icon

i got a A 70 and from nothing it starts appear a blue box around icons that frizzis the phone. i ve already tried everything but wont get it fixed. anyone can help me?

@Flmoura2006: Can you hear a voice description of the selected icons? if you tap on the icon so the blue box appears, then double tap it, are you able to select it? If so then you might have accidentally enabled Voice Assistant. To check, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Assistant > Off. Make sure to tap the switch to highlight it, then double tap to turn it off.

I am having this issue, I cannot access quick settings or settings to turn it off, I cannot swipe my phone to the settings screen, losing the will to live...

I have checked and my voice assistant is off. I have rebooted twice. Still these blue boxes. Help please I need to be able to use my tablet.
