What model of phone are you using?
Are you adjusting any of the camera settings?
Are you running the latest software version?
What have you done to try and improve the quality?

Hi and thank you . My phone model is the Samsung A14 and is currently running android 14 , one ui 6.1 . All software is up to date and I have reset to default after trying different adjustments that didn't really change the quality much 🤔

If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

Are you talking about the colour in the photo's ? My mam has a deep red colour wall painted living room I set her cam mode to 3.4 50 Meg the colour was a washed out pinky colour no where near that actual colour
