This sucks, I wanted to hold out until the fold 6 was out but I can't have a phone that doesn't have working Bluetooth or wifi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've tried safe mode, updating software, turning phone on and off, the lot but still nothing! &lt;P&gt;Can you also please try &amp;gt; Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/&lt;/A&gt; You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also clear the apps cache in Settings&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Bluetooth &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache and if absolutely necessary Clear Data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't see the Bluetooth option then you'll need to turn on show System Apps which is found by tapping in the little lined icon at the end of where it says '&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Your apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also please run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ultimately a back up and Factory Reset maybe the next logical step and or let a Samsung Service Centre take a look or send feedback via your Samsung Members app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For what it is worth I have exactly the same issue, with additional problems with the camera app (sometimes it crashes sometimes not). For me, the WIFI, BLUETOOTH &amp;amp; MOBIL HOTSPOT toggles are not working. This happened after the latest software update&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried the factory reset just now but it doesn't solve the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The way I fixed this was to do a mini hard reset. I held the on/off button down for about 15 seconds and it automatically resets the phone. This worked for me. Hope it helps!</description>

No WIFI networks detected and when you press the wifi symbol it just says "Turning on..." same issue with Bluetooth, no devices detected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you manage to find any fix for it? I Have already tried the same things you mentioned, with no luck. Did you end up to factory reset, and if so did it fix it? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to turn in for a warranty repair.&amp;nbsp; Please keep in mind, when you receive back from samsung and if you have a network lock, and you switched from one carrier to another, you need to put in a previous sim card to connect to the network first and then put in your new network sim!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It turns out that this issue was completely a 100% Hardware related issue. I did recently receive it back from a warranty repair fixed. However, if you receive a phone back from Samsung and you originally purchased it from one carrier and then had it fixed after switching to another carrier, be advised that you must put in a SIM card from the carrier that you purchased the phone from. If not you will be permanently locked out of your phone. Thankfully, I had a SIM card lying around from my last carrier and I was able to fix my own phone, but nothing Samsung my current phone carrier or my previous carrier had any idea how to fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have the same issue with the 4 but theyre not working all together, wifi turns on but sometimes detects my main wifi and mostly doesnt, and my bluetooth toggle will NOT TURN ON. This is very frustrating as i only have a 20gb data plan so i either need to fully reset or think about a new phone</description>

When I turn it on, it says searching for network for a couple of seconds, then shuts off. It never turns blue to indicate that its on. It stays gray.
