      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everyone. I have a sound problem with my a22. The media sound is showing headphones are plugged in and they're not. I have no media sound unless I plug in headphones. Does anyone know how I can fix this please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;As a last resort back up and factory reset although this is not guarantee of success.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
