Help please! All my photos and videos from live streaming all look like xrays

HI I am new here. I am pretty useless on phone and PC.

All my photos and videos from live streaming all look like xrays. I have obviously touched something to make it go like this. As it stands I am pushing buttons and clicking not having a clue what I am doing. It's SAMSUNG. A14 Thanks for reading.

@Allie56 I think you have got Colour Inversion switched on, you could toggle it off via the Quick settings. That is where you swipe Down from the top of the screen,see here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/quick-settings/

Alternatively go to Settings-Accessibility-Visibility Enhancements and ensure the Colour Inversion is switched off from there.
