Upgraded with EE yesterday instore, not online. I was told I needed to claim the free ear buds online and upload photo of receipt, but I can't find anywhere online to do this. Just conscious the offer expires soon.

EE should give you the details, as you are going through the purchase with them.
From memory EE were automatically just sending them out a couple of weeks after purchase
But you'd have to check with them on that
