Full keyboard not appearing in verification

I'm trying to use two step verification and although in most apps the full keyboard appears for any verification/password type input only the numbers keyboard appears and no setting change displays the full keyboard. This means I can't complete my new phone set up because I can't verify my account

@Ella63 Hello, if you have defined the Samsung keyboard-verify in its settings / Mode-have the option Standard keyboard activated and not divided. Check. If the problem persists-delete the cache and data of the Keyboard app that you use. Greetings.

Hi @Ventor It's the standard Samsung keyboard. I don't have any keyboard apps downloaded.

Same problem here right now and with 4 different software keybords (apart the Samsung's one) :((
