WHY MY Galaxy A71 (TGY) have no Update since October 01?

What is happened? My Samsung Galaxy A71 have no update since the October 01 is the latest update for my device! I tried to search the firmware for my country (TGY) but unfortunately there is still stuck in October 01 update but I can see the other country of firmware has been at least upgraded to the December patch!!! what happened to my device? Please help me!

Am from fife Scotland and if your from somewhere else you will get your update security patch in a wee bit not too long hopefully

Same problem A71 last updated 01 October 2021 I am in London UK
