    <description>They messed up the APN settings in the update. You need to add a NEW set of Vodafone's APN and service will be restored.  There have been some reports on this forum about it.</description>

      <title>Mobile data not working on A20e after update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before I have to do a backup of everything and go back to default settings may someone knows of something else I can do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After last update my mobile data stopped working. I have done a reboot, and gone back to settings and reset my network. Still nothing. I have plenty of data available and I have service according to my phone but still nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not getting anywhere at moment as while I used the vodafone instructions for APN which are very good but still hasn't solved my issue - had to leave waiting for another customer services person as after faffing around I need to work (self-employed) and have lost 2 hours at least now. Thanks for everyone's suggestions, will revisit this later. From fed up of Cardiff&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorted at last. I found the right button (hard work to know where it was) to switch my data back on. Fed up as I know I wouldn't have switched it off in 1st place (especially as it took ages for me to find it). I had to go on to the Vodafone website to do all this and its only take me 3 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I had exactly the same issue. Tried 4 different SIMS from family members in my A51 5G and none would work, must be the phone, right?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Called Samsung support and paid £20 for the WeFix service, they come to you under warranty and sort within an hour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only thing is that after 2.5hrs, the engineer could not get the A51 5G to work on my SIMS, just his O2 SIM!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had to phone Samsung 5 times to get another engineer visit sorted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The night before the visit, I was once again googling and found this page to add the APN. I must stress, I did contact Vodafone and they sent me a brand new SIM, delivered the next day, same no data result.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I added the APN as per this website and it just worked:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/samsung/galaxy-a51-5g-android-10-0/connectivity/set-up-your-phone-for-internet/" target="_blank"&gt;https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/samsung/galaxy-a51-5g-android-10-0/connectivity/set-up-your-phone-for-internet/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I managed to work out that the config message being sent by VF to the device is not being implemented accurately as it's adding a proxy server address where one's not needed and a port ID.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the above as mine is now happily flying on 4G.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;</description>
