&lt;LI&gt;There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Or open your phone app and in the dialer pad key in *#0*# which brings up a number of tests.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your speakers and all your other ports for debris using a torch.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't help then let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on.&lt;/P&gt;
