App switch resets app samsung a16 5g

Can anyone help me please? For about 8 weeks now the above phone has been resetting web pages when I use app switch. Give you example go to site to login enter name and password, the site says we're going to send you an email/text with one time code. So switch app to get code, go back the browser, it resets the page to enter name and password. This is driving me nuts and makes ecommerce impossible. Samsung support simply say you don't have enough ram. That makes this new phone junk then. My old xaomi worked with less ram. Samsung offered no way to reduce ram use etc. I've tried closing apps etc but makes no difference. It feels to me that an update has changed a setting somewhere....but where?

Nettoyez votre mémoire
Accédez aux Paramètres, puis appuyez sur Maintenance de l'appareil. Appuyez sur Mémoire, puis sur Nettoyer maintenant pour libérer de la mémoire et empêcher les applications en arrière-plan de ralentir votre appareil. Si vous souhaitez conserver certaines applications, appuyez sur Applications exclues, puis sur Ajouter (le signe plus) pour sélectionner les applications souhaitées.
si ça ne marche pas contacter la communautaire Samsung UK.

Clean your memory.
Go to Settings, then tap Device care. Tap Memory, then tap Clean now to free up memory and prevent background apps from slowing down your device. If you want to keep certain apps, tap Excluded apps, then tap Add (the plus sign) to select the desired apps. If this doesn't work, contact the Samsung UK community.

Bonjour Merci, oui je comprends, mais le communautaire anglais n'a pas été utile. La communauté anglophone suggérait simplement de vider la mémoire, ce que j'ai fait, mais le problème persiste. Je peux utiliser plusieurs applications simultanément (par exemple, un site web et ma messagerie), ce qui fonctionne, mais c'est agaçant car la fonction de changement d'application est plus pratique. Si je peux exécuter plusieurs applications en même temps, cela suggère, à mon avis, que le problème ne vient pas d'une limitation de la RAM. Désolée pour l'anglais dans le message précédent!
