&lt;P&gt;I'd like to invite you to carry out other operations by resetting the phone's USB port.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow this step-by-step procedure:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Go to “Settings” then “Applications”.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Click on the three small lines at the end of the dotted line, where it says “Your applications”.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Check “System applications” and click “OK”.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Return to the search bar on “Applications”.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Enter “USB Settings”.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Go to “Storage” then “Delete data/ Empty cache”.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists over time, I suggest you contact a technician for an analysis.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;My galaxy a25 is neither not charging or charging really slow. Fast charging is already enabled and all the software updates are done.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My phone says the phone is charging but battery percentage is not going up. I already tried different cables and cables are working good because i try to charge to others phones.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also usb port of the phone is clean.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
